I think rule of thirds is the most important because you can you that in any shot you take. An interview shot, leading lines, high angle, low angel, birds eye, ants eye, ect. Rule of thirds is so important that it has two types. rule of thirds scenery and rule of thirds subject. The rule of thirds is when the subject of you shot is in the mostly outside of your shot, your screen is split into thirds. Part1, Part 2, and Part 3. Your subject should be in part1 or Part 3. Never in the middle.
The most difficult in my opinion is Macro. I think its macro because the fact it has to ben so close to an object and yet still be in focus. You can use macro more if you are trying to shot a small object, lets say a bug. If you are trying to get a shot you have to be super close, zoom in or be like an inch away. You could use this technique if you want to bring the audince into the subjects world.
My teammates are Callum Meredith and Adelina Gonzalez. We all did a part of the project. With the imovie stuff I did most of the editing, Callum did the music, and Adelina did the transitions. With the filming, we all tried to spread it out evenly, one of us would talk while the other would be filming and the other would be on film.
Some examples of some of the techniques are below:
