All of the requirements for the motivational poster were it had to include two text layers. The two text layers are your manifesto and your personal quotes. The personal quotes and manifesto had to be kerned to match the words that were typed. The image layers were the photos that we uploaded to google+ under the hashtag of #gtsym1, #gtsym2, and #gtsym3. I had a picture of one of my dogs as a puppy, my other dog looking out of the window, and a page from a book where most of the words describe me, not all but most. you had to have four pictures and that was only three, you also had to have a picture of your face. The designing layers was when you had to Kern and use tridact colors, you also had to have visual balance.
The step by step instructions I followed to make my motivational poster was first, I wrote down my motivational quotes and manifesto in google documents. Then I copied and pasted in photoshop. Then I grabbed my google plus pictures and added them to my finder. After finder, I clicked on the top one and held shift and clicked the bottom one. Right click the selected documents click "open with" and selected photoshop. Once they are all in different documents you click on the move tool and drag and drop into the document with your text layers. Once all of the documents are in photoshop, you a just pictures as needed for visual balance. After that i turned off the image layers and kerned the words. After kernning, you turn back on your image layers and you click "layers". Once you are there you click on the tab "layer adjustments" and click color balance. Once you have opened color balance and you mess around with the colors. After that you can mess around with the other adjustment layers. Once you are finished with that, you are done with your poster! :)
One of the biggest struggles i had with my poster was that, I kernned all of my poster and then photoshop deleted all of my work. That was hard to spend another whole class period again on kernning. How I can over come that from happening again is that I can save my work after every thing I finish. Below is my layers is below along with my finished project! :)
